10-15 slices of lardo, thinly thinly sliced
bunch of fresh asparagus
Wrap a couple of spears in one or two slices of lardo and grill under a hot grill for around 5 minutes, or until crispyish. Be careful not to overcook the asparagus. You can also do this in an oven preheated to about 180° celsius. That’s it.
